Ethan is a Director of Development at Weller Development Partners, where he provides executive oversight and leadership on hospitality and branded residential projects, including both ground-up developments and redevelopments.
Before joining Weller, Ethan led CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Hospitality Project Management practice, overseeing complex hotel renovation and repositioning projects for some of the industry’s most prominent hotel owners. Prior to CBRE, he gained principal-side experience through design and construction roles at HHM Hotels, as well as feasibility and investment roles with a private equity developer.
Ethan holds a B.S. in Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate Development from Cornell University. He currently serves on the boards of Boutique Design New York (BDNY), the leading trade fair and conference for lifestyle hospitality design, and the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Cornell Hotel Society.
